Onboard local B2B merchants in sectors such as HR recruitment, second-hand trading, 3C electronics, and real estate agencies to the platform, driving user growth for lifestyle services in Saudi Arabia. Manage the end-to-end local business model, from merchant onboarding and renewals to commercialization. Identify key opportunities and challenges for boosting brand awareness, user base, revenue, and product growth in overseas markets. Gain deep insights into market dynamics and cultural differences, collaborating with other teams to ensure a consistent yet personalized experience for international users. Achieve company targets related to merchant onboarding, post frequency, demand generation, DAU, user retention, and other KPIs. Job Requirements Prior work and living experience in Saudi Arabia, with familiarity in local business practices and lifestyle culture. Deep expertise and resources in at least one of the following sectors: HR recruitment, second-hand trading channels, 3C electronics channels, or real estate agencies. Proven ability and experience in pioneering new markets from scratch (0 to 1). Strong cross-departmental collaboration skills to align teams and achieve goals. Proficiency in English as a working language; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
