Discussion: (No reply) Is it so I can improve? Or can't I reply??

Is every silent person understanding? And is every person who confronts brave? When does avoiding conflict with others become a rational behavior, and when does it become a sign of weak personality? Is every silence wisdom? Is someone who remains silent instead of confronting always mature, or sometimes just insecure? How will our meeting be? It won't be a lecture where you just listen.
