The air conditioner has been used for only a few months (completely new). Purchased from Al-Mani with invoice and full warranty available. 10-year warranty on the compressor. The unit is extremely quiet, has an actual cooling capacity of 24,000 BTU (which is rare to find), and has a green energy efficiency rating (Class B).
