Roles & Responsibilities Cook and present a wide range of Continental and Café-style dishes. Develop and enhance recipes, keeping the menu creative and engaging for customers. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards. Coordinate with management on inventory and supplies. Desired Candidate Profile Culinary diploma or professional chef certification. Proven experience working as a Chef in restaurants, cafés, or hotels. Strong cooking skills in Continental and Café cuisine. Creativity, discipline, and a passion for great food. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. Ability to guide and supervise a small team.
