JASARA PMC is looking for a knowledgeable Design High Voltage Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring that high voltage systems are designed to meet industry standards and project requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Performing design assurance for high voltage systems across all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) in adherence to established design guidelines and standards. Providing assurance for testing procedures relating to high voltage installations. Collaborating with other design disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery and effective coordination of drawings and specifications. Implementing and managing value engineering processes, identifying potential opportunities for cost and time optimization. Overseeing design-based activities for outsourced design packages, including conducting design reviews and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Working closely with the project manager and integrated project delivery team throughout the project lifecycle. Facilitating the sharing of engineering and design learnings across projects to foster continuous improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the design and management of high voltage systems projects. Skills: Expertise in high voltage system design and specifications. Strong understanding of testing protocols for high voltage installations. Proficiency in project management and value engineering practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
