We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, with a particular strength in creating visually compelling PowerPoint presentations. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong design skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate ideas and messages. - Develop custom graphics, templates, and layouts that align with brand guidelines, client requirements, business managers and project managers. - Ensure consistency in design across all presentation materials, maintaining a high standard of visual quality. - Assist in the design and production of various marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and other digital assets. - Collaborate with senior designers and the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design solutions. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to support project goals. - Maintain and apply brand guidelines across all design work, ensuring consistency in look and feel across all materials. - Regularly update and refine templates, styles, and design elements to keep materials fresh and aligned with current brand standards. Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on PowerPoint presentation design. - Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint is essential; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,etc.) is a plus. - Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail in design work, especially in PowerPoint presentations. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain design choices and collaborate effectively with team members. - Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - A keen eye for detail, ensuring all design work is polished and professional. - Ability to take directions and work independently, while also being a proactive team player.
