We are looking for 20 phone sales representatives to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets via phone, as well as provide professional customer service and conduct regular account management. Key Responsibilities: • Contact customers by phone to present products and services and close sales. • Follow up with existing customers to encourage subscription renewals or trials of new services. • Manage accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle any feedback or inquiries. • Update customer data and document calls in the system. • Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets. Requirements • Fluency in Arabic, spoken and written (essential). • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. • Polite and professional communication style. • Prior experience in phone sales or customer service is preferred.
