And within us, words often remain trapped, or even certain questions we couldn't bring ourselves to ask. This gathering is a safe space where we can express and release the moments that affected us, listen to one another, and perhaps discover a meaning or strength we hadn't noticed before. 📌 This week's session format: • Free expression without judgment. (There's no room for judgment in our breathing space 🤐) • Short, gentle exercises to help us express ourselves. • If you'd prefer just to listen, that's perfectly fine.
