This gathering is a safe space where we can freely express the moments that impacted us, listen to one another, and perhaps discover a meaning or strength we hadn't noticed before. 📌 This week's session format: • Judgment-free sharing. (No judgments allowed in our breathing space 🤐) • Short and gentle exercises to help us express ourselves. • If you'd prefer just to listen.. that's okay.
