As the Wet Utilities manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the design, review and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.   Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing specific design and review processes during the various stages from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to client requirements and company standards. Requirements: A 4-year bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is necessary.  An engineering master’s degree is desirable.  Registration as a Chartered Civil Engineer is necessary (or similar).  Must have a minimum of 10-years engineering experience of all major wet utilities, hydrology and hydraulic networks regarding the design, detailed review, documentation, specifications, project management and staff coordination.  We expect you to possess a strong knowledge of design principles and analysis, techniques, and best practices related to hydrology, stormwater drainage systems, sewerage networks, potable water and irrigation systems, fire network, retention ponds, infiltration basins, swales, ditches, culverts and channels.  Design experience in District Cooling systems is an advantage.  Design experience in Dry utilities is an advantage.  Experience in construction oversight involving the infrastructure described above.  Proficiency in using engineering design software and related tools is necessary.  Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary.  Your experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.  Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
