JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a highly skilled and motivated MEP Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be integral to the successful design and implementation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems across various projects. Your expertise will ensure that these systems are efficient, sustainable, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop comprehensive MEP system layouts, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Collaborate closely with architects and other engineering teams to integrate MEP designs into overall building designs. Conduct system load calculations and energy efficiency analyses to optimize performance. Prepare technical documentation, drawings, and specifications for MEP systems. Manage site inspections to ensure proper installation and compliance with design standards. Provide technical support during the construction phase and resolve any site-related issues. Stay informed about industry standards, codes, and regulations related to MEP systems. Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary project teams to achieve project goals. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in MEP design and implementation. Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering tools. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is an advantage.

As the Wet Utilities manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the design, review and development of various projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.   Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for managing specific design and review processes during the various stages from conceptualization to execution, while adhering to client requirements and company standards. The role will be instrumental in collaborating with commercial, project management, engineering and design technical leaders to create opportunities for efficiency and innovation.
