In our societies, reputation and what others say are among the most important drivers of behavior for the vast majority of individuals, and among the primary deterrents preventing them from engaging in many actions—even if they personally believe in them. Individuals among us consider 'what people think' to such an extent that it may surpass their consideration of themselves, ranging from daily behaviors to life-changing decisions. Many of us do not necessarily view this as negative, given that humans are inherently 'social beings,' and thus have little control over not caring about others' opinions of them. We will discuss this matter from entirely different perspectives, attempting to delve deeply into the idea, broadening our horizons and expressing our thoughts in a space free from stigma and categorization. Discussion Format: Each person will discuss the topic with another individual for 9-10 minutes to hear more transparent and honest ideas, then move to another person until six rounds are completed.
