In our societies, reputation and what others say are among the most important drivers of behavior for the vast majority of individuals, and among the main deterrents preventing them from acting in certain ways—even if they are personally convinced of those actions. Here, individuals often consider 'what people think' to a degree that may exceed their regard for themselves, from daily behaviors to life-changing decisions. Many of us do not necessarily view this as negative, given that humans are inherently "social beings," and therefore it's not entirely within their control to disregard others' opinions about them. We will explore this matter from entirely different angles, attempting to dive deep into the concept to broaden our perspectives and express our thoughts in a space free from judgment and labeling.
