Sometimes our bodies speak to us… fatigue, headaches, sleep disturbances, fluctuating appetite… but amid our daily rush chasing work and responsibilities, we learn to ignore these signals, and often only remember health when illness forces us to stop. In this gathering, we’ll discuss questions about this overlooked aspect of our lives: - Why do we neglect our health, even though it’s the foundation of everything? - Is health a luxury tied to social class and free time? - Do our bodies clearly reflect our needs? - How can we rebuild an honest relationship with our bodies? - Does a person have the right to live an unhealthy life by choice? - Has beauty become confused with the concept of health? We’re not looking for a single answer, but rather we’ll listen and share different experiences that reveal how each of us views our body, and reevaluate our relationship with our health. How will the gathering be structured? - We’ll split into small groups, each discussing several questions. - After a while, we’ll switch to new tables with new questions and different people. - Finally, we’ll come together to share the most notable points we observed during the session, or any new questions that may have arisen! Fee: 30 SAR via STCPAY To the number 0553363070 Location: Planet Café, Al-Hamra neighborhood, upper floor Everyone is welcome—our diversity of experiences is what makes our gathering richer 👥💙
