JASARA PMC is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the position of Senior Risk Manager. As a collaborative joint venture involving the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to delivering outstanding social infrastructure projects throughout Saudi Arabia. The Senior Risk Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing risk management practices, ensuring projects adhere to best practices in risk identification and mitigation strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement a structured risk management framework for various projects Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyses to identify potential risks and their impacts Collaborate with project teams to formulate and enforce risk mitigation strategies Prepare and maintain comprehensive risk registers for ongoing projects Facilitate risk management workshops and communicate best practices across the organization Generate regular risk reports for senior management and stakeholders Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory requirements to inform risk management practices Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Risk Management, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in risk management, specifically in large-scale infrastructure projects, high rise buildings, hotels. Strong knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and management tools Proficient in building and sustaining collaborative relationships with stakeholders Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills Experience in utilizing risk management software and tools Relevant certifications (PMI-RMP, ISO 31000, etc.) are highly desirable
