Senior HR Specialist

The Senior HR Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing HR operations in Saudi Arabia while reporting directly to the HR Business Partner (HR-BP) in Kuwait. This role involves handling daily HR functions, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws. Your Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily HR operations in Saudi Arabia, including employee inquiries, issue resolution, and policy enforcement. Implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with Saudi labor laws. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in local labor laws and regulations. Manage employee benefits administration, including insurance, leave, and other HR-related benefits. As Principal HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic HR advisor to the local business- predominately our UAE and KSA offices. This role is open to candidates based in KSA, the UK or Dubai.
