JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a meticulous and driven Contract Manager to join our dynamic team. In this key role, you will oversee all contract-related activities, from drafting to negotiation and execution, ensuring that all agreements meet legal standards and align with our company's strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and non-disclosure agreements. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as company policies. Collaborate closely with internal teams like legal, finance, and operations to ensure clarity and consistency in contract terms. Identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate contractual issues. Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of contracts, tracking key dates and deliverables. Research and stay updated on industry best practices and legal updates pertinent to contract management. Support the development and implementation of contract management strategies to streamline processes. Facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders on contract management procedures. Requirements Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a relevant field. A minimum of 15 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or related areas. Strong negotiation, drafting, and review skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Knowledge of legal terminology and contractual frameworks. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
