This role focuses on implementing costing frameworks, guiding business efficiency initiatives, supporting financial aspects of pricing strategies, leveraging analytics for commercial effectiveness, and improving the financial understanding of technical assets. The Supervisor will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure operational excellence, profitability, and alignment with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Implement Comprehensive Costing Frameworks: Assist in selecting and maintaining robust costing systems, such as activity-based costing (ABC), to provide detailed cost insights. Integrate cost management practices with financial planning processes to enhance resource allocation and profitability analysis. Ensure costing methods adhere to accounting standards and best practices. Oversee Business Efficiency Initiatives: Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
