Roles & Responsibilities We re looking for a reliable and professional Driver to provide safe and timely transportation for guests, staff, and hotel-related activities. As part of the IHG family, you ll represent the hotel by delivering excellent service and ensuring a comfortable and secure travel experience. Key Responsibilities Transport guests, staff, and hotel supplies safely and punctually. Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the vehicle. Plan routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures. Assist guests with luggage and provide courteous service. Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs. Comply with all traffic laws and hotel safety policies. Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage. Coordinate with relevant departments for transportation requirements. Key Skills & Experience Valid driver s license with a clean driving record. Previous driving experience, preferably in hospitality or similar sectors. Good knowledge of local roads and traffic regulations. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctual, responsible, and safety-conscious. Ability to handle unforeseen situations calmly and professionally. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
