We are seeking a sophisticated and experienced Guest Relations Manager to oversee guest experience strategy and execution across all venues within our group. Position Overview: The Guest Relations Manager will be responsible for leading and standardizing guest engagement and service excellence across all restaurant brands under our portfolio. This is a high-profile, group-level role that requires a strategic thinker, charismatic leader, and hospitality professional with a passion for creating memorable guest journeys. You will work closely with each restaurant’s management team to ensure a consistently elevated experience aligned with our luxury brand values. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement group-wide guest relations standards, training, and protocols Serve as the face of hospitality for VIP guests, celebrities, and high-net-worth individuals across all venues Oversee and coordinate guest services teams across all restaurants to ensure uniform excellence Analyze guest feedback, track satisfaction metrics, and implement improvement strategies Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to tailor experiences for special occasions and brand activations Manage and update group guest profiles and loyalty/recognition systems Lead training and development programs to elevate front-of-house service standards Conduct regular visits to all venues to audit guest experience delivery and identify areas for enhancement Serve as a liaison between guests and executive management for high-priority interactions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in guest relations, front-of-house leadership, or guest experience strategy in luxury hospitality Proven experience handling clientele with discretion and diplomacy Excellent communication skills; fluency in English required (Arabic and other languages an asset) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams across multiple venues Deep understanding of luxury service culture and attention to detail Familiarity with CRM, reservation, and feedback management platforms Highly polished presentation and a warm, confident presence Benefits Competitive salary: SAR 18,000/month Live out arrangement Annual flight ticket allowance Health insurance coverage Ongoing training and career development Opportunity to lead guest experience for one of Saudi Arabia's most respected hospitality groups We appreciate your interest in this vacancy.
