Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring a BMS Testing & Commissioning Engineer for a leading client in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Siemens Building Management Systems (BMS), testing, commissioning, and programming, along with a strong understanding of HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct testing and commissioning activities for Siemens BMS systems. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. • Program sequences of operation for BMS systems. • Utilize Desigo CC, Xworks, and APT software and hardware for effective system implementation. • Understand and manage BMS architecture, including workstations, controllers, sensors, and actuators. • Apply knowledge of HVAC systems, including chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and various air-handling units (AHU, FAHU, FCU). • Perform wiring of field devices, panels, and other related components. • Integrate IoT and remote connections into BMS systems for enhanced connectivity Requirements Experience: Minimum 4 years in BMS testing and commissioning. Proficiency in Siemens BMS systems and related software (Desigo CC, Xworks, APT). Knowledge of HVAC system operations and components.
