The Job in a Nutshell💡 As a Logistics Specialist, you'll be the backbone of our supply chain operations , ensuring that goods move smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively from point A to point B. You'll coordinate shipments, optimize logistics partners, resolve delivery issues, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your goal? What You Will Do💡 As a Logistics Specialist at Mrsool, you will play a key role in enabling seamless last-mile delivery operations for our E-commerce partners. Coordinate daily logistics operations to support partner stores and ensure timely order pickup and delivery. Monitor delivery performance, address delays or failures, and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks. Work closely with fleet operations and customer support teams to maintain service quality. Manage shipment data, generate reports, and track performance against key logistics KPIs. Ensure all logistics-related SLAs are met for each partner, and escalate critical issues when needed. Support onboarding of new merchants from a logistics perspective, ensuring a smooth go-live process. Collaborate with tech and product teams to suggest improvements to logistics tools and workflows. Maintain strong communication with E-commerce clients to align on logistics needs and resolve any escalations. Requirements What Are We Looking For❓ We're looking for a detail-oriented, solution-driven Logistics Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. You should have a solid understanding of logistics operations , especially last-mile delivery , and a passion for serving E-commerce businesses with precision and urgency. 2+ years of experience in logistics, last-mile operations, or supply chain (E-commerce experience is a big plus). Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple shipments and issues in real-time. Familiarity with logistics tools, dashboards, and basic data reporting (Excel, Google Sheets, or internal systems). Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams, couriers, and E-commerce partners. Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions. High ownership mindset and accountability for daily service levels. Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English. JOB DESCRIPTION An IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks, and telephony systems throughout the hotel. What will I be doing? As the IT Supervisor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: • Assist superior to maintain hotel software and hardware. • Solve technical and operational problems according to user reports. • Follow the instructions of the Information Systems Manager for computer technical hardware and software operations. • Perform any other reasonable duties and duties as assigned. • Ensure that any system user permission has been authorized before opening, monthly audit user use report, ensure that it has been used correctly. • Solve guest IT questions with minimum risk and improve guest satisfaction according to defined criteria. • Ensure ownership of all hotel data and ensure that data is backed up in a timely manner. • Provide IT support to other Hilton hotels as required and conduct IT cross-training with other hotels. • Ensure that the security of hotel data is consistent with stated standards and best practices. • Access controls are consistent with stated standards and best practices to ensure room access registration and safety. • Complete disaster recovery drills regularly to familiarize operational departments with manual bookkeeping procedures. • Identify, evaluate and implement local solutions to the extent agreed by the Regional Deputy General Manager of Information Technology. • Adhere to hotel safety policies, emergency rules and procedures.
