Job-Specific Responsibilities: Support the execution of daily supply chain operations. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timely product deliveries. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain activities in the system. Collect and analyze supply chain data to identify improvement opportunities. Prepare reports on performance metrics and suggest enhancements. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Support in resolving operational discrepancies. Assist in audit preparation and compliance documentation. Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping. Assist in procurement activities: liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, and supporting negotiations. Collaborate with departments like Procurement, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships. Track and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt and processing. Requirements Job Specifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 0–3 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role. Skills: Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Effective time management and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of supply chain management software is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Languages: Fluent in English and Arabic. Our culture is all about speed and care.  Role Summary: The primary role of the Customs Clearance Associate is you will manage the customs documentation and compliance processes for international shipments. You will coordinate with customs authorities, carriers, and other parties to ensure timely clearance of goods, minimizing delays and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed. You will also stay updated on customs regulations and trade laws to ensure the business remains compliant with local and international trade rules. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customs Documentation: Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations, commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements, as well as company policies. Customs Clearance Process: Submit customs declarations to customs authorities and ensure timely clearance of goods to avoid delays or fines. Liaison with Customs Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities, shipping companies, and the company to resolve any customs issues or discrepancies. Tariff Classification & Duties: Calculate and verify customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing costs.
