Our culture is all about speed and care.  Role Summary: The primary role of the Customs Clearance Associate is you will manage the customs documentation and compliance processes for international shipments. You will coordinate with customs authorities, carriers, and other parties to ensure timely clearance of goods, minimizing delays and ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly completed. You will also stay updated on customs regulations and trade laws to ensure the business remains compliant with local and international trade rules. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Customs Documentation: Prepare and process all customs documentation, including import/export declarations, commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant paperwork. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable customs laws, regulations, and trade agreements, as well as company policies. Customs Clearance Process: Submit customs declarations to customs authorities and ensure timely clearance of goods to avoid delays or fines. Liaison with Customs Authorities: Act as the primary point of contact between customs authorities, shipping companies, and the company to resolve any customs issues or discrepancies. Tariff Classification & Duties: Calculate and verify customs duties, tariffs, and taxes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing costs. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customs documents and transactions. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or delays related to customs clearance, including working with customs brokers or third-party service providers. Consultation & Advice: Provide guidance to internal teams or clients regarding import/export regulations, classification of goods, and documentation requirements. Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the customs clearance process, such as non-compliance or delays, and take proactive measures to mitigate these risks. Requirements Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 1 years of Customs Clearance or Cross Border experience required. Experience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferred. A mandatory Custom Clearance Certificate is required. Your Proficiencies Team Player, strong interpersonal skills. Develop and maintain supplier networks, ensuring fresh, high-quality, and cost-effective in Frozen, Sauces, Spices& Condiments Fruits & Vegetables, Bakery, Rice, Pasta, Noodels, Dairy, Egg, Oil, Cheese, Fresh Seafood, Fresh Chicken, Fresh Meat, Packed& Canned Food procurement. 2. Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate and coordinate daily with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects. 2. Track, follow up, and report on operational workflows, KPIs, and deadlines. 3. Collect and analyze operational data using Excel; generate accurate and actionable reports. 4. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Monitor the Project and project activities on a regular basis and conduct periodical evaluation reports to the division management. Plan the delivery of the overall Project of projects and its activities in accordance with the mission and the goals of division. Report evaluation findings to General manager and the division Manager and recommend changes to enhance the projects and Projects, as appropriate. Report on the Project progress, as well as individual project progress Preparing the scope of work with deep understanding of the deliverables of the project. Comfortably field large projects that require scrutiny with timelines, large budgets, and team management. Provide all the support to project team members by managing project scheduling, tracking issue management, risk management, change management, and status reporting throughout the project lifecycle. Responsible for coordinating timely project meetings, producing meetings notes, and following up on any necessary action items. Create and maintain project documents in various capacities. Regularly conduct internal and external project reviews to work to improve processes. Work closely and consistently with the automation group to implement new integrations to refine automated workflows and improve project management tools. People Mangment: Grow the capabilities of team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Periodic evaluation of team performance and to be executed with coordination with the Division manager. Use relevant tools to monitor and improve team performance and productivity skills. Customer Care: Act as the liaison between our internal teams and our customers. Be responsible for ensuring that project scopes are accurate, and deadlines are met. Assist the accounting team with timely project billing to customers. Products divisions support & development: Active communication with Product Managers & Product Specialists. Periodic reviews on Product performance and suggest improvements to scale up opportunities and growth. Accomplish product evaluation and the actively involve in the action plans for all the products divisions’ activities. Use data to understand business patterns and trends. Analyze internal and external data through quantitative research. Promote best practices in data analysis and reporting. Education & Certifications Must be a bachelor’s degree in (engineering /IT/Computer Science/Electronics & Communications). Certification in either PRINCE2, Scrum and PMP will be preferred.
