Assistant Manager - Internal Communications (COR429)

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a dedicated and creative Assistant Manager - Internal Communications to support our team in fostering a vibrant workplace culture through effective communication. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement, alignment with company values, and a collaborative work environment. Key Responsibilities • Create engaging, on-brand content for newsletters, emails, intranet posts, announcements, and reports. • Write and edit articles, blog posts, and other materials to keep employees informed and engaged. • Develop messages for employee engagement initiatives, company updates, and leadership communications. • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaigns, events, and initiatives. • Ensure consistency and clarity in content for presentations, FAQs, and other communication tools. • Assist in content strategy development, maintaining a content calendar, and aligning with organizational goals. • Edit and proofread content for accuracy, style, and tone, ensuring alignment with company guidelines. • Create content that fosters employee engagement and promotes a two-way communication flow. • Work with HR, leadership, and other departments to gather relevant content and stories. • Coordinate with design teams to ensure content aligns with visual elements. • Monitor employee engagement and adjust strategies based on feedback and metrics for continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or a related field. Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to communicate complex information in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to work with a diverse range of individuals. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and the ability to contribute ideas for engaging internal communications. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package
