We are seeking an experienced Business Consultant Manager to lead and manage high-impact consulting engagements for clients across various sectors in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the local business landscape, strategic insight, and a proven ability to deliver results. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, a client-centric approach, and the ability to drive business growth while managing complex consulting projects. Requirements • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic business advice that addresses key challenges and proposes optimal solutions aligned with client goals and best practices. • Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, developing and presenting customized strategies that support long-term objectives. • Identify and capitalize on opportunities within Saudi Arabia, driving growth through market insights and leading proposal preparation to align with client needs. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and industry leaders, to enhance business development and strategic partnerships. • Mentor junior consultants and conduct performance reviews, providing feedback for career development and fostering the next generation of consulting talent. • Develop business cases that justify investments and conduct feasibility studies, analyzing financial, technical, and operational aspects. • Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to measure strategic success and prepare performance reports for senior leadership. • Act as a key team player, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and project success, while sharing knowledge and best practices with other leaders. • Enhance business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality. Here are some key skills and competencies. • Lead and manage projects, ensuring alignment with business and organization strategic goals. Qualifications • Minimum of 7 years in Business Consulting or Management Consulting. • Proven track record of experience in managing and working on Governmental projects. • 5+ years of project management experience. • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus. • Strong proficiency in consulting frameworks, methodologies, and tools. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio). • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or any related field. • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

What Will You Do❓ Oversee development and implementation of the capabilities, processes, and policies facilitating an effective enterprise Business Continuity program aligned with the goals and objectives of Foodics. Oversee the execution of the Business Continuity Training Program. Lead corporate broad contingency planning/business continuity efforts. Establish a framework and methodology for completing contingency plans by internal business units. Drive and deliver Business Continuity commitment, support, ownership, accountability, and results. Design, build, and implement standard Risk Assessment, Business Impact Analysis, and other Business Continuity tools and capabilities. Collaborate with business units in assessing potential business impacts, defining critical, time-sensitive processes, and analyzing required components as defined within the Business Impact Analysis (BIA) standard. Facilitate the development and ongoing review and revision of guides and plans for business continuity within the Risk Management tool in conjunction with the business units. Lead business continuity plan exercises, ensuring all technical components of the Business Continuity plans are successfully tested, at least annually or whenever significant changes are made to the plan’s components.
