Job Overview: We are looking for a qualified SAP Supply Chain Lead who will oversee the implementation and management of the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain. This encompasses all products within the SAP ecosystem, as well as all interfaces to non-SAP applications and mobile solutions. The individual will hold full responsibility for directing the SCM team and ensuring the successful delivery of related project objectives. Requirements Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Delivery Leadership Team to oversee and regulate the development and delivery of functionalities related to Supply Chain Management (SCM) Formulate application strategies and provide direction for all SAP services within the SCM domain Manage relationships and ensure alignment of activities with other functional and technical teams Ensure prompt investigation and resolution of incidents and issues occurring in SAP systems and services Offer necessary support, input, guidance, and recommendations regarding Technical Designs produced by other SAP domain teams Ensure compliance with established standards for procedures, quality assurance, templates, and documentation  Preserve the integrity, manageability, and architectural standards of the SAP systems in accordance with agreed protocols  Lead and oversee the daily activities of SCM team members while monitoring their performance  Act as a technical lead in the design, development, testing, and implementation of technological solutions (significant support may be required outside standard working hours)  Establish a performance baseline for SCM-related processes; Monitor system performance and optimize it for peak efficiency within the SCM domain  Review and provide input for common deliverables (e.g., user acceptance test plans)  Collaborate with the authorization team to develop and implement an appropriate security model within the SCM domain  Drive the resolution of issues associated with the implementation and testing of SAP upgrades and service pack enhancements concerning SCM  Engage actively in the hiring and selection process for the project team  Responsible for conducting post-implementation reviews and monitoring business applications within the SCM.  Participate in the Change Request process to document and rationalize the need for changes.  Develop and sustain effective and productive relationships with customers and other team members  Undertake additional activities as required to achieve the objectives of the role JOB REQUIREMENTS: 2 of 2 EDUCATION: A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized national or international educational institution. Proficiency in both Arabic and English. A current SAP certification. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE: Over 10 years of professional experience working on SAP projects within the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain. At least 5 years of experience managing SAP landscapes within medium-sized or large organizations. Demonstrated strong management skills vital for effective strategic planning, directing, reporting, and executing the administrative duties associated with this position. A thorough understanding of the system development lifecycle and its associated implications. • Proficient understanding of IT best practices, including ITIL frameworks pertinent to Incident, Problem, and Request processes. • In-depth knowledge of various SAP functional areas, especially from an integration perspective (FICO, HR, BI, etc.). • Experience in the SAP Defence sector will be considered advantageous. • Acquainted with various SAP security models and products (SSO, IDM) from a Supply Chain Management (SCM) viewpoint. • Proven experience in gathering and documenting system requirements, as well as articulating functional designs for business application solutions and identifying implementation challenges from a functional perspective. • Strong understanding of the complexities associated with enterprise-wide system implementation. • Familiarity with standardized support development frameworks and methodologies. • Expert proficiency in SAP implementation methodologies, including Activate. Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for supporting in managing of registration and all communications with ZATCA in terms of VAT. The role holder is also responsible for supporting in responding to the inquiries of ZATCA regarding VAT and communicating with the technical team to request and prepare the required reports.
