Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to spearhead our initiatives in preparing operations for the launch of groundbreaking projects within the entertainment and cultural sectors. This senior leadership role is vital in ensuring that facilities are fully operational, staff are trained, and guest experience is prioritized, all in alignment with the company’s mission and strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities Operational Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive operational readiness strategies for new projects and initiatives, ensuring coherence with organizational vision and goals. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with project teams, developers, and other key stakeholders to identify operational requirements and ensure they are integrated into project deliverables. Readiness Assessment and Validation: Lead readiness assessments to evaluate the operational capacity of new facilities, addressing potential gaps and recommending actionable solutions. Training and Development Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of training programs for all operational staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful project implementation. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to assess operational readiness and performance; report findings to senior management and recommend continuous improvement actions. Risk Assessment: Identify operational risks associated with new projects, formulate risk management strategies, and oversee their implementation to mitigate impact on project timelines. Enhancing Guest Experience: Ensure all operational readiness efforts are aligned with creating an exceptional guest experience, consistent with Qiddiya’s brand and customer service standards. Requirements ·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. ·       8+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or large-scale project sectors, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity. ·       Strong foundation in developing and executing operational strategies that enhance efficiency and service quality. ·       Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from concept through execution. ·       Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on data-informed decision-making. ·       Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence leaders and diverse stakeholders. ·       Experience in creating and facilitating training programs to develop operational capabilities. ·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. ·       Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural landscape is advantageous.
