Job Title: AI Presales Manager Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia   Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AI Presales Manager to support the sales team in driving business growth. The ideal candidate will act as the technical expert in sales engagements, helping position the right AI solutions for clients, addressing technical queries, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality proposals. This role also involves managing the bidding team to ensure the accuracy and competitiveness of both technical and financial proposals. Key Responsibilities: Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and business objectives. Recommend and position the most suitable AI solutions (e.g., computer vision, LLMs, speech-to-text) based on client needs. Lead technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concepts to clients. Address all client technical questions and concerns during the presales process. Solution Design & Proposal Support: Translate business needs into technical solutions and articulate the value proposition clearly. Customize solution architecture and prepare solution documentation tailored to each opportunity. Bidding & Proposal Management: Manage the end-to-end proposal development process with the bidding team. Ensure all technical and financial components of proposals are accurate, complete, and aligned with client expectations. Review RFPs/RFQs and confirm compliance with submission requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to gather necessary input for proposals and ensure feasibility. Maintain a feedback loop between sales, delivery, and product teams to continuously improve solution offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8-10 years in a presales, solution architect, or technical consulting role, preferably in AI or software solutions. Strong understanding of AI technologies such as machine learning, computer vision, NLP, and LLMs. Proven experience in managing technical proposals and complex bid responses. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
