-Formulate a clear plan to grow Advansys within the defined territory, including target industries and customers, with expected revenues outlined by business. -Lead sales achievements and provide forecast inputs during budget discussions. -Conduct negotiations with customers for all opportunities, maximizing the success rate. -Support the Business Development team with insights on customer needs, based on ongoing discussions and market awareness. -Contribute to competitor intelligence, ensuring full awareness of the competition, their strengths, and weaknesses, to better position the company to win business. -Achieve the highest customer retention rate and engagement by acting as a customer champion. -Lead the development of commercial proposals. -Develop business cases and collaborate closely with the sales team to support prospecting and proposal efforts. -Build vertical knowledge and expertise to become a trusted advisor to customers. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field is required, with a preference for a technical degree. -Minimum of 10 years of professional experience is expected. -Technical background is preferred, with demonstrated knowledge of relevant systems and tools. -Proven experience in a technical discipline that aligns with Advansys' diverse business solutions and market needs is essential. Job Purpose Jobs at this level are responsible for for conducting internal audits of sensitive areas of business and drafting and reviewing complete audit reports.
