At Aquarabia Qiddiya City, The Senior Manager – In Park Services will lead the overall management and operation of the Cabana Operations department (In Park Services). This role involves overseeing day-to-day Cabana Operations, optimizing revenue, ensuring high standards of food quality, and providing exceptional guest service. The Senior Manager will be responsible for managing a large team, maintaining operational efficiency, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Requirements Education High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus. Or equivalent years of experience. Experience 5-8+ years of experience in Guest Services (or) Food and Beverage operations, with a proven track record of managing high volume Cabana, Locker Operations or F&B Operations. Skills Knowledge of Premium service in Cabana Operations. Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple venues and projects simultaneously. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and scheduling software. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with other departments. Excellent financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, health standards, and best practices in Cabana operations. Languages: Fluent in English. Job Responsibilities: ▪ Build strong relationships within the Team and assist with Projects assigned by the HOD . ▪ Lead and manage all aspects of the Cabana Operations-In Park Services department, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction. ▪ Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability across all Cabana Operations. ▪ Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development, ensuring the team is equipped to provide exceptional service and meet performance goals. ▪ Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies, including menu development, pricing, and promotions. ▪ Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations, conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain the highest standards. ▪ Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and labor, to ensure budgetary goals are met and profitability is optimized. ▪ Analyze guest feedback and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement in service, menu offerings, and guest experience. ▪ Lead the development and execution of special events, themed dining experiences, and seasonal offerings, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless coordination. ▪ Establish and enforce operational procedures and standards to ensure consistency in service quality and operational efficiency across all the Cabana . ▪ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating the team to achieve high levels of performance and guest satisfaction. ▪ Implement waste control measures and sustainability initiatives to minimize food waste and promote environmental responsibility. ▪ Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring proper controls are in place to safeguard revenue and reduce risk. ▪ Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, including financial results, guest feedback, and operational insights. ▪ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and local regulations, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for both guests and employees.
