About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Senior Specialist to lead merchandising and sourcing initiatives for one of the region’s largest businesses. Knowledge & Skills Industry Experience: Prior experience in e-commerce or retail in the Target Company*with a deep understanding of merchandising, sourcing, and supply chain dynamics in the Middle East. Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to interpret numerical data, analyze market trends across platforms, and translate insights into actionable strategies. Organizational Skills: Proven track record of managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment—critical for competing in a market with players. Financial Literacy: Familiarity with budgeting, cost analysis, and profitability metrics to optimize sourcing and merchandising decisions.
