Job Purpose The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team within the organization, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting the ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support as it relates to implementation of procedures and tools. The Sales & Leasing PU develops and manages policies and procedures, standardized documents and templates, sales and leasing tools, and sales and leasing operations. The unit will also develop and manage an online Learning Hub that will have sales and leasing curriculum as its core function. The unit will further develop and manage the sales and leasing customer journey to support the requirements for sales and leasing of each of the asset class development Business Units, including CRM, digital tool requirements and experience center requirements and ongoing management of the Sales and Leasing operations. The Sales & Leasing PU team will also provide current market intelligence and benchmarking as required to support the sales and leasing team. The Program & Learning Methodologies Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in designing and developing innovative, high-quality learning experiences tailored to the dynamic needs of real estate professionals. This role involves leading the creation and implementation of curriculum frameworks, ensuring content aligns with industry standards, and incorporating cutting-edge instructional methodologies to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes. This role will collaborate closely with subject matter experts, sales teams, and leadership to create scalable and impactful learning solutions. They will also oversee the integration of assessments, practical exercises, and blended learning approaches, fostering an environment that drives both individual and organizational growth. This is a strategic, forward-thinking role, requiring a blend of instructional design expertise, business acumen, and an understanding of the real estate industry. Role Description Core Accountabilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Strategic Responsibilities Develop and Lead Instructional Design Strategy: ·       Define and implement a forward-thinking instructional design strategy that supports the Learning Hub vision to become a leader in real estate sales and leasing education. ·       Lead research into cutting-edge digital learning methodologies including AI-supported constructivist models, experiential learning, and neurolearning. ·       Define frameworks for immersive learning and mixed-reality educational simulations. ·       Integrate psychometrics and AI-driven assessments to track learner efficacy. Establish Learning Design Standards: ·       Create robust standards and frameworks for instructional design, ensuring all learning programs adhere to high-quality benchmarks and global best practices. Align Training Programs with Business Goals: ·       Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure instructional design initiatives address organizational priorities, enhance team performance, and drive Qiddiya’s business objectives. Promote Innovation in Learning Design: ·       Champion the integration of emerging technologies, such as AI-driven personalization, virtual reality (VR), and augmented reality (AR), to enhance learner engagement and outcomes. Foster a Culture of Excellence: ·       Cultivate a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, continuous learning, and innovation within the instructional design team. Monitor Industry Trends: ·       Stay abreast of developments in instructional design, adult learning theories, and e-learning technologies to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge. Drive Collaboration Across Functions: ·       Work with other teams, including Curriculum, Content, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of instructional design efforts across all training initiatives. Establish Metrics for Success: ·       Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional design strategies, ensuring continuous improvement in learning outcomes and ROI. Operational Responsibilities Instructional Design Leadership: ·       Oversee the design and development of course structures, modules, and learning pathways. ·       Ensure that all training materials follow adult learning principles, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and e-learning best practices. ·       Incorporate various instructional methods, such as microlearning, simulations, case studies, and scenario-based learning, into course designs. Team Management: ·       Lead and mentor team providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. ·       Allocate tasks, set deadlines, and manage team workloads to ensure timely delivery of projects. ·       Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous improvement. Content Development Oversight: ·       Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of course content. ·       Work with multimedia developers to create visually appealing and interactive e-learning modules. ·       Review and approve instructional materials to ensure consistency with quality and branding standards. ·       Deep understanding of adult learning theories and technology-enhanced pedagogy. ·       Expertise in evidence-based learning methodologies enhanced through AI analytics and gamification mechanics. ·       Familiarity with adaptive learning algorithms and VR/AR learning interaction models. Technology Integration: ·       Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and platforms, recommending tools to enhance the delivery of online training programs. ·       Ensure seamless integration of instructional materials with the Learning Management System (LMS) and troubleshoot any related issues. ·       Leverage analytics tools to track learner engagement, progress, and outcomes, using data to drive content improvements. Stakeholder Engagement: ·       Collaborate with the Curriculum Program team to align instructional design efforts with the Learning Hub’s overall curriculum strategy. ·       Present instructional design strategies and project updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders. ·       Engage external partners, such as industry experts and third-party vendors, to enrich learning experiences. Quality Assurance: ·       Implement quality assurance processes to ensure instructional materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with learning objectives. ·       Regularly review and update course materials to reflect changes in industry standards, regulations, and learner feedback. Continuous Improvement: ·       Conduct evaluations of training programs using learner feedback, assessments, and analytics to identify areas for improvement. ·       Drive innovation in instructional design by adopting emerging trends and technologies in e-learning. ·       Develop strategies to optimize learner engagement and retention. Requirements Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required ·       Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning and Development, or a related field is essential. ·       +5 years experience in instructional design or e-learning development, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. ·       Proficiency in instructional design software and tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) ·       Experience working with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools.   ·       Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories and training evaluation models. ·       Excellent project management skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. ·       Outstanding written, verbal and visual communication skills. ·       Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, learner-friendly content. ·       Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making. ·       High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity is vital. ·       Sincere enthusiasm for Qiddiya generating a genuine strong commercial narrative. ·       Arabic & English speaker – Written & Spoken
