Let’s talk about you.   We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Services Sales Lead to drive the growth of our Salesforce professional services business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong network within the Kingdom, and a proven track record in enterprise B2B sales. This is a client-facing, quota-carrying role focused on identifying, developing, and closing Salesforce-related service opportunities. Hiring the right person to oversee Salesforce services sales in Saudi Arabia requires someone who combines technical understanding, cultural alignment, and proven sales ability. In the Salesforce world the software sale is typically handled by Salesforce itself. We are trusted advisors to the client and Salesforce in ensuring the right products are being purchased by the client to drive their business outcomes. Services Sales in Salesforce are typically Responsible for selling the advisory, implementation, customization, and managed services. Involves activities like: CRM products setup, business process mapping, integration with ERP or other systems, data migration, reporting, etc. Highly consultative and outcome-driven. Value lies in the expertise and ability to deliver results, not the product itself. Key Responsibilities: Drive end-to-end sales cycles for Salesforce services (implementation, consulting, integration, managed services). Identify and qualify new opportunities across sectors ( travel and tourism, hospitality, public sector, telco, banking, retail, etc.). Bring a network of connections to the table to drive net new Salesforce deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts. Work closely with our strategy, delivery and technical teams to craft winning proposals and solutions. Collaborate with Salesforce account executives and alliances to develop joint go-to-market strategies and execute them with our marketing teams for the region. Own the sales forecast, pipeline development, and deal closure targets in KSA. Stay updated on Vision 2030 digital transformation initiatives and align offerings accordingly. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in enterprise software or consulting services sales, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce-related offerings. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and their business value. Deep knowledge of the KSA market with an existing network in enterprise and/or government sectors. Deep understanding of the Saudi business culture and decision making process Arabic fluency is preferred (preferably native or near-native); English proficiency is required. Experience working with or within Salesforce partners, SIs, or the Salesforce organization is a plus. Ability to work independently, manage complex sales cycles, and build C-level relationships. Strong deal closing skills and ability to lead strategic sales pursuits. Experience with Vision 2030-related digital transformation projects is a strong plus. Salesforce & Tech Expertise Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce and Agentic Technology, etc.) and the business problems they help solve. Ability to articulate the value of our Salesforce services and how they tie into business outcomes. Preferably has Salesforce certifications or a track record of selling Salesforce-related projects (professional services, implementation, or consulting). Personality & Soft Skills Consultative seller — someone who can understand customer pain points and build solutions around Salesforce. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly self-driven, able to work independently or as part of a virtual/global team. Bonus Points Previous experience working with or for Salesforce partners, SI (system integrators), or in a Salesforce sales team. Exposure to government digital initiatives (like NEOM, smart cities, etc.) can be very valuable. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (Sales, Admin, Consultant) are a plus. Background in consulting or advisory roles within the digital transformation space. A plus is any experience with Vision 2030 projects or smart city initiatives (e.g., NEOM, The Line, etc.). Job Purpose The role holder is responsible for supporting in managing of registration and all communications with ZATCA in terms of VAT. The role holder is also responsible for supporting in responding to the inquiries of ZATCA regarding VAT and communicating with the technical team to request and prepare the required reports.
