Praise be to Allah! The product has no issues whatsoever. I have used it in three major games: FIFA, Call of Duty, and Silent Hill. I turned it off and then back on again, and it returned to its case perfectly. I purchased it from Jarir Bookstore, and its warranty is still valid. I bought it on March 2nd, which coincided with the second day of Ramadan, meaning it has been approximately one month and six days with me. Its warranty from Jarir Bookstore is 12 months. Please note that the original box, carrying case, all accessories, instruction manuals, charging cable, and controller-specific modifications—as shown in the pictures—are all included. As for communication, Insha'Allah, we will not disagree on anything. I prefer communication via WhatsApp or through the private messaging feature on Haraj platform, with due consideration given to the timing of communication.
