Introduction: Qiddiya is looking for a detail-oriented Senior Manager required to play a crucial part in the implementation of Qiddiya by applying creative thinking and problem-solving support across the Implementation, Risk and Reporting team. Experienced in the development and delivery of large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects, specifically phasing and planning, to ensure successful delivery of the approved IMS & Implementation Plan aligned to Qiddiya’s City Framework Plan, while also working effectively in a team environment. Key Technical Skills: Gather and analyse data: Develop high-level Implementation plans for non – active Districts Manage the Implementation models and Implementation reports for active and non-active Districts for the development of the Qiddiya wide Implementation plan Integrate and interrogate data to drive coordinated implementation decision making Synthesize and summarize findings in a logical and structured way through the Implementation reports Prepare reports and presentations: Manage the preparation of high-quality work products in a timely manner Develop high-impact presentations, communicating findings and recommendations effectively at an executive level Ability to clearly present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders Produce monthly implementation reports and dashboards for executive level reporting Support project management and coordination: Lead the project management and coordination activities of the implementation team Coordination with the CDU Implementation Program Team and the MDU Implementation team the interfaces and interdependencies between MDU and District teams within the IMS and Implementation Plans Learn and develop skills and knowledge: Passionate about learning and developing skills and knowledge that are essential for the consulting profession Proactively seek feedback and guidance from your colleagues to improve your performance and career development Abreast of the latest trends, developments, and innovations in your field of expertise Team collaboration: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress Communicate and collaborate with other team members, adjacent teams, and external partners, such as consultants Key attributes Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Fluency in using Microsoft Office Have high ability to work individually and collaboratively with others Have high ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline Highly motivated and a strong drive to learn including independent learning Requirements Certifications and experience:     Bachelor's degree in business/engineering/land development May have previous working experience in Consulting or Development, Engineering and Construction        Specialist knowledge: Expertise in development Phasing & Scheduling & Cost Planning (e.g., phasing & timelines) Knowledge in infrastructure and/or respective business unit asset class (e.g. Residential, Retail, hospitality etc.) Knowledge of programmatic risks & construction logistics of project execution (e.g., procurement of materials, delays, contractor availability & market trends) Knowledge of development project requirements & typical bottleneck / blockers to interrogate & challenge respective Dev team on their programs Knowledge of construction logistics
