General Job Purpose: To verify the completeness, accuracy, and authenticity of information and documents submitted in film financing applications, ensuring compliance with specified criteria and requirements, thereby supporting timely and accurate financing decisions. Key Responsibilities and Duties: A. Application and Document Review: Conduct preliminary review of all financing applications to ensure fulfillment of all requirements and essential documentation Verify completeness of forms and documents, and confirm accuracy of personal and financial data provided by applicants B. Data and Information Verification: Match applicant data against internal systems (customer databases) and external sources (credit agencies, commercial registries, official documents) Identify early any discrepancies, errors, missing, or incorrect information C. Compliance Verification: Ensure applications meet the specific criteria of financing programs and initiatives Prepare summary reports on non-compliance cases and refer them to relevant parties for appropriate action D. Coordination with Team: Collaborate with financial expert, technical expert, and data auditor to integrate assessment processes Support the preparation of financial and technical summaries regarding completeness and accuracy of information Requirements Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field Required Experience: Prior practical experience is preferred in: Document auditing or data review Customer information management or data matching Experience in financing projects or government sectors is advantageous Required Skills: Strong skills in auditing and meticulous data review Ability to work with electronic systems and databases Excellent organizational skills and extreme attention to detail Proficiency in Office software, especially Excel
