In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of area development, ensuring that all designs align with the overall theme park vision and meet international standards for safety, functionality, and guest experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical development and implementation of area designs, ensuring they align with thematic elements and operational efficiency. Proven experience in large-scale landscape design and area planning projects. Strong knowledge of relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D modeling tools. Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience collaborating with diverse teams. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices is a plus.
