Qiddiya Investment Company, a trailblazer in the development of innovative entertainment and leisure destinations, is seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as a Senior Manager - Strategy. In this vital role, you will be responsible for shaping and guiding the strategic direction of our projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our corporate vision and objectives. Responsibilities Develop relevant strategies for Qiddiya's Destination Management & Marketing Organization (DMMO) focusing on the tourism industry Design and detail operating models, develop governance and organizational structures, as well as policies, procedures, and processes Research, benchmark, and analyze frameworks and methodologies needed to address specific project needs with clear strategic recommendations and solutions Conduct research and analyses about entertainment, sports, and culture sectors and develop relevant strategic, business, and financial plans Research and expand on knowledge of KSA's travel trade environment and others as needed Develop DMMO's budget Develop and maintain DMMO's business and marketing plan Develop DMMO's performance framework (objectives, KPIs, initiatives, etc.) and track/report corporate performance Develop relevant project plans (MS Project) across DMMO's units and track/report progress Prepare content for periodic board/executive meetings and participate in specific committees as required Execute projects with multiple stakeholders and coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate and manage relationships with relevant tourism government entities Provide regular executive updates and ongoing support to DMMO's management team and manage ad hoc requests Develop content for presentations and synthesis reports (expert in PowerPoint presentations, Excel, Word, etc.) Mentor and coach junior resources Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) A minimum of 9-12 years of experience in strategy development, transformation or management consulting, ideally within the tourism or entertainment sectors Proven track record of successfully developing and executing strategic plans Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities Proficient in strategic planning and analysis tools
