What will be your responsibilities? Plan and organize all production activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts, storyboards, and scripts. Hire, train, and manage a team of producers, coordinators, editors, sound engineers, and other production staff Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, monitor progress, and provide feedback and guidance when needed Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure the availability of resources and equipment Ensure that all technical and creative aspects of the production process (camera work, lighting, sound design, special effects, etc.) are executed flawlessly Continuously evaluate and improve production processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity Regularly report to higher management from a quality control and financial point of view. Requirements What is required from the role? At least 15 years of experience in media production, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to delivery Experience of working in the MENA/GCC for clients – from product launches to customer activations, you can think it all. Deep knowledge of video and audio production workflows, tools, and techniques, including camera work, lighting, sound design, and post-production Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production-related issues quickly and effectively Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred.
