Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field. Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required. Strong foundation in usability principles, backed by education or applied research experience. 3–5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations. Proven portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
