As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of operational tools, API integrations, and self-service capabilities that empower users and partners. What You Will Do💡 Define and drive the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Gather and prioritize requirements, developing practical and scalable solutions. Lead API integrations and automation, working closely with engineering teams. Develop deep domain expertise, understanding business needs and market trends. Manage cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between engineering, operations, and external vendors. Build self-service tools to improve efficiency and enhance the user experience. Requirements What Are We Looking For❓ Native Arabic speaker with strong communication skills. 3-5 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B or marketplace products. Strong technical understanding of API integrations, automation, and workflow optimization. Experience working with engineering teams to define and deliver scalable solutions. Ability to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into product requirements. Proven track record in stakeholder management, working cross-functionally with operations, business, and tech teams. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to inform decision-making. Passion for building self-service tools that improve user experience and operational efficiency.
