As an ERP Project Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the internal aspects of the ERP implementation. You will act as the primary liaison between our partner company and external ERP vendors, ensuring that the project aligns with strategic objectives and is delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for external ERP vendors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress against goals, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and escalate issues when necessary. Proposal Evaluation: Evaluate vendor proposals and project changes to ensure they meet business requirements and standards. Training & Change Management: Facilitate user training and support change management initiatives to ensure successful ERP adoption across the organization. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience managing ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a retail setting is highly beneficial.

Requirements Required Qualifications: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (mandatory). · 10+ years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on cybersecurity. · Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management, and secure SDLC. · Experience managing security-related projects such as identity and access management (IAM), threat detection, incident response, and compliance. · Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. · Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)
