Requirements Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience managing ERP projects, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Project Management Skills: Strong project management abilities, including planning, execution, and risk management. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Multitasking Ability: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Effectively manage the required interfaces to raise possible impacts to project programs, budgets and quality issues.  Collaborates with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements to achieve seamless progression from design, construction to final handover.  Proactively monitors and tracks project progress, promptly identify and resolve any design-related challenges or conflicts that may arise and report timeously on these.  Efficiently manages and maintains meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals.  Initiate and chair meetings with the client, consultants, design team and stakeholders whilst capturing minutes of meetings as necessary.  Manages all matters related to design being ‘fit for purpose’ specifically ‘Safety in Design’.   Leads the design sign off process by all design consultants / sub-contract designers.   Ensures quality assurance processes are in place to review design deliverables and ensure compliance with project specifications, design standards and regulatory requirements.   Ensures the team designs according to the cost/business plan, system and operations plan.   Assists Cost Consultants assess the cost of design changes and track accordingly ensuring proper change management processes are adhered to throughout the design process.   Oversees production of Work Breakdown Structure for design/engineering deliverables which is suitable for production of design documentation and is in accordance with procurement, construction staging and project phasing requirements.   Oversees the governance of Shared and Published information within Delta B and all the Sub-Districts.  Facilitates the coordination of interfaces between projects within Districts and City Infrastructure.  Assists with the evaluation of RFP proposals and provides necessary support to the various business teams.  Assists, prepares and presents both progress reports and stage gate presentations for each project, highlighting key milestones, challenges, programmes, designs, costs / budgets and achievements.  Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering with specialization in ICT & Smart Technologies and Data Centres.   An Engineering Master’s degree would be an advantage.  Any other relevant post-graduate degrees/diplomas would also be an advantage.  Professional registration in respective discipline (i.e. Chartered Engineer or similar) is necessary.  Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) would be an advantage.  A minimum of 15yrs relevant experience in the design and project delivery of ICT, Smart Technologies and Data Centres, including detailed reviews, documentation, specifications and staff coordination.   Proven experience planning, designing and delivery of large-scale and complex Data Centres, Smart Technologies and ICT infrastructure projects.  In-depth knowledge of smart technology systems, data centre designs, and ICT network design.  Strong understanding of cybersecurity and compliance standards in ICT environments.  Possess a strong knowledge of design principles, techniques, and best practices related to ICT, smart technologies and data centres. Able to define design criteria, specifications and operational requirements.  Experience in delivery to program, balancing competing requirements on project to deliver design outcome (e.g. cost v. time v. quality).    Diverse experience working within Mega/large scale complex design and construction programs across private and/or government sectors would be an advantage.  Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget is necessary.  Experience in coordinating and executing design activities, managing design consultants, engaging with stakeholders and coordinating design team members is crucial for this role.  Demonstrated strong leadership and management skills to set clear goals, motivate teams and deliver results.     You should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively articulate ideas, strategies and project performance to a range of audiences, such as; clients, consultants, contractors, multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders.  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, coupled with attention to detail, are necessary.   Foster a culture of Flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing business requirements.   Expertly manages and prioritizes the workload of the team, deadline driven.   Leverage in-depth knowledge in using engineering design software and related tools is necessary.   Expert knowledge of both relevant industry and local standards, codes and regulations.  Supports team through periods of business change.   Strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to lead the function's direction, specifically endorsing or opposing practices as needed.  Previous KSA/Middle East experience will be an advantage.
