Proactively monitor and track project progress, promptly identify and resolve any design-related challenges or conflicts that may arise and report timeously on these. Efficiently manage and maintain meticulous project documentation, including design records, change orders, and necessary approvals. Maintain strict compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations to guarantee the success of each project. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, consultants, contractors and stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of various design elements to achieve seamless progression from design, construction to final handover. Compilation and presentation of reports and visual presentations regarding designs, design reviews, cost analysis and progress on project tasks. Oversee and manage all project interfaces within the delivery program. Prepare and present design reports, presentations, and recommendations to stakeholders. Requirements: A 4-year Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is necessary. An Engineering Master’s degree is desirable. Registration as a Chartered Civil Engineer is necessary (or similar). Registration as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is desirable. Must have a minimum of 10-years project management and design experience, specifically in managing the design and implementation of infrastructure and building engineering projects. The preferred candidate will have management experience in the design and implementation of infrastructure and building project(s) comprising of various disciplines; but not limited to: buildings, bridges, infrastructure and culverts. Underground subway stations designs would be an advantage. Geotechnical designs would be an advantage.
