We are looking for a talented and experienced individual to oversee and manage the project controls function for our innovative infrastructure projects. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects through effective planning, monitoring, and control. As a Senior Project Controls Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that play a key role in the development of Saudi Arabia's infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Lead the project controls function, developing systems and practices that enhance project performance. Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment across all teams. Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks. Analyze project performance and prepare detailed reports for management and stakeholders. Support project teams in identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization. Ensure compliance with all project management standards and regulations. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in project controls management, preferably within the Middle East and Asia. Expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Strong proficiency in scheduling software, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
