General Summary Leads strategic planning and development of multimodal transport systems aligned to organizational and national goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and lead end-to-end transport strategies. Align with Qiddiya's vision and national policy goals. Engage senior stakeholders across Qiddiya and government. Translate analysis into strategy and action plans. Oversee forecasting, research, and assessments. Produce strategic documents and presentations. Coach and mentor a small team (up to 5 people). In this Expeditor - Hospitality and Construction Logistics position Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitality clients and their procurement consultants Maintain proactive communication with clients, providing timely shipment updates, addressing concerns, and offering solutions Prepare and submit client quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams Logistics Coordination & Shipment Management Develop and execute detailed logistics plans for FF&E and OS&E shipments across air, sea, and land Monitor shipment status and share regular tracking updates with clients Follow up with freight carriers, customs clearance teams, and internal stakeholders (Air Freight, Ocean Freight, SABER, Transportation, etc.) to ensure timely movement and delivery Coordinate last-mile delivery with site operation team for smooth on-site delivery Purchase Order & Vendor Management Track and manage client purchase orders from procurement to delivery Liaise with procurement consultants and suppliers to ensure accuracy and readiness of goods Manage relationships with logistics vendors and service providers to ensure quality service and cost control Resolve supplier or carrier-related issues in a timely manner Billing & Collections Ensure timely billing and invoicing for services provided. Coordinate with the credit department for payment follow-ups and collections. Customer Service & Problem Solving Ensure high standards of customer service by maintaining responsiveness and professionalism. Take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution with internal and external teams. Manage inventory and shelf life to reduce waste and improve turnover. 3. Plan and execute procurement based on client needs, ensuring timely and stable supply. 4. Oversee product operations, including listings, descriptions, promotions, and quality updates. 5. Optimize costs and enhance profit margins through negotiation and process improvements. Requirements: 1. B2B foodservice procurement experience in Riyadh, familiar with hotel, restaurant, and supermarket needs. 2. Knowledge of Riyadh’s key wholesale markets and local supply chains. 3. have 1+ years of fruit and vegetable procurement experience. 4. Strong market insight, cost control, negotiation, and supplier management skills. 5. Proficiency in English and Arabic for daily communication. Salary: SAR 9000+ Per Month, depends on experience

Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in Chinese and English. 5. Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in processes and systems. 6. Support logistics, procurement, and inventory tracking as needed. 7. Translate and interpret between Chinese and English when necessary for operations-related tasks. Qualification: 1. Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and Native in Arabic. 2. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, charts). 3. Solid understanding of data analysis and operational reporting. 4. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment. 7. Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
