Responsibilities: 1. Sales Target Management: Break down the sales team's business objectives, clarify and define key sales metrics that impact the achievement of business goals, establish a target management system, and manage the sales team's daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through data tools and process mechanisms. 2. Sales Strategy Development: Identify business growth opportunities through operational analysis and market research, and formulate sales strategies and frontline execution plans. 3. Project Management: Ensure the effective implementation of critical business initiatives through efficient project management, assess the feasibility and risks of the sales team meeting targets, and mobilize resources from cross-functional teams to support goal achievement. 4. Sales Efficiency Management: Possess in-depth understanding of the entire sales process, identify key pain points, and improve sales efficiency through SOP development and optimization, tool development, and collaboration with product and R&D teams. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or higher. 2. Experience in retail industry operations. 3. Strong data analysis skills, sharp market insight, clear logical thinking, and the ability to identify trends and develop strategies. 4. Fluency in both English and Chinese as working languages, with strong English reading and writing skills. 5. Familiarity with the Saudi market is preferred. Roles & Responsibilities Job Purpose • Identify and develop potential new customers. • Sell products to existing and prospective customers through direct interaction, ensuring sales targets are achieved. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities. • Convert market insights and leads into profitable business opportunities.
