Pajero 2018 with low mileage

I'm presenting my 2018 Mitsubishi Pajero, Golden Mark, 3.8 engine, with 115,000 km on the odometer, slightly negotiable since it's a second car with low usage. Transmission oil was changed at 60,000 km, and 100,000 km maintenance was performed at 80,000 km at Ramoz Al-Ibdaa center. The car has modifications which are detailed below: - Lift kit and 2.5 inch Pro-Runner shocks from a 4x4 center (original warranty documents available). - Air filter, intake, and intake chamber customized at Blue Line center (modified intake; original intake and chamber available). - Custom headers and electronic throttle body from Fox center (original warranty documents available). - Extended side lighting, transmission cooler, and electronic fans installed at Ramal Najd center, with lifetime warranty on extensions. - Enkei rims, black color, with new tires installed approximately 3 months ago (original rims not available). - External PSD sensors. - Uni-chip computer and programming done at TRT center. - CAN-BUS extension. Notes on the car: - Light front-end impact on the left fender corner; the edge of the hood and fender was resprayed. Slight waviness remains at the edge of the headlight; headlight hasn't been replaced as it's the original unit, and the housing is slightly bent due to this, so it hasn't been reinstalled. - Minor scratches on the left door panel and bumper, visible in the photos. - Engine light is on due to exhaust sensor; tire pressure light is on because rims were changed and original TPMS sensors were not transferred. - Trunk door support strut is broken and hasn't been replaced.
