Digital marketing specialist

Job Objective: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, enhance the brand's digital presence, and increase engagement and conversions through various digital channels such as search engines, social media, email, and paid advertising. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, and TikTok. Optimize search engine marketing (SEO) and paid search campaigns (SEM). Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite. Create engaging digital content tailored to specific platforms and target audiences. Manage the company’s social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in coordination with the customer service team. Send email newsletters and analyze the performance of email marketing campaigns. Prepare periodic performance reports and recommend improvements. Monitor digital trends and competitors, and propose new and innovative marketing ideas. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing or digital campaign management. Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and search engine optimization. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads Manager. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and writing skills in both Arabic and English. Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe (a plus).
