Job Vacancy – Architectural Engineer A real estate investment and development company in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, announces a job opening for the position of: Architectural Engineer Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering. Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in architectural design. Knowledge or experience in civil engineering is preferred. Previous experience in residential or hospitality projects is preferred. Duties and Responsibilities: Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the architectural field. Preparation of architectural construction drawings and ensuring compliance with codes and approved designs. Coordination of architectural work with other disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical). Preparation of material and finish submittal schedules (Material Submittals & Finish Schedules). Preparation of detailed facade drawings including technical details and materials used. Ability to prepare construction drawings with high accuracy. Preparation of finishing quantities and specifications (BOQ) and "as-built" drawings. 🛠 Required Skills: Excellent spoken and written English language proficiency. Proficiency in using the following software: AutoCAD Revit 3ds Max Application Deadline: 01-08-2025 Skills: Preparation of architectural designs for residential, commercial, and administrative projects. Development of drawings from conceptual design stage to construction drawings. Preparation of construction drawings and detailed plans in accordance with the Saudi Building Code (SBC). Coordination with other departments (structural, mechanical, electrical) to ensure design integration. Site visits and execution monitoring when necessary to ensure accurate implementation of architectural designs. Review and approval of architectural materials used in projects. Participation in preparing project schedules and quantity calculations. Preparation of periodic progress reports and submission of engineering and technical recommendations.
